POLICY ON EVENTS

Plattsburgh  H.O.G. Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter members.
There are three categories of activites, all activities are identified as follows and
will be noted on the calendar in ( ) next to the activity.

CLOSED (C) EVENTS
Chapter events or rides which are open only to Plattsburgh H.O.G. chapter members
and one associate guest per member.

MEMBER ONLY (M)EVENTS
Chapter events or rides that are open ONLY to Plattsburgh H.O.G. members.
Members may not bring a guest to these events.

OPEN (O)EVENTS
Chapter events or rides which are open to Plattsburgh H.O.G. chapter members, national H.O.G. members
and other guests as desired. Non-members may attend an unlimited number of "open" events,
provided they are an invited guest of a Plattsburgh H.O.G. chapter member.

Informational only, not a chapter ride or event.

If you are planning to attend an event and would like to invite others from the chapter to go along,
be sure visit our MEMBERS PAGE and post it on the message board.
Also, be sure to have your Release Forms filled out

for any Non-HOG members that may be going on any of our rides.
